Mornings before work, afternoons after school, and Saturday to finish the week. No bookings required, just check the times and turn up.

- 5:15 am – 10:30 am · 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Saturday
- 6:45 am – 9:15 am
- Sunday
- Closed
- · Bring water and a towel. Showers and on site parking are available.
- · A safe child zone is available at every class.
- · The 9 am class has a creche for kids over 8 weeks old.
